¼ C. Balsamic Vinegar
¼ C. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
½ C. Water
¼ C. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Poppy Seeds
3-4 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. diced Red Onion
1 tsp. Sea Salt
½ tsp. Dry Mustard
Mix dressing ingredients. Chop veggies (broccoli, celery, carrots, bell-peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, Avocado – whatever you like.) Can also add Kidney Beans.
Pour dressing over whole-wheat pasta with all veggies.
