Zucchini goulash

3 or 4 med zucchini
1 large onion (chopped)
1 large green pepper (chopped)
2 Table spoons butter
1 quart canned tomatoes
1 package Bacon cooked and crumbled
Several cups shredded cheese
Thinly slice squash, cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Layer squash, onion & green peppers in 9 by 13 Pan. Repeat two or three layers. Pour tomatoes over the top add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake 350 oven about 15 min.
Top with cheese and bacon.
Bake for 10 to 15 more min.
