Carmelized Baked Chicken

1 to 1 ½ lbs. chicken breast 1 cup honey

2 Tbsp. olive oil garlic to taste

½ cup soy sauce salt and pepper to taste

2 Tbsp. ketchup

1. Preheat oven to 375

2. Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick foil, place chicken in dish. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic and salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken.

3. Bake in preheated oven for one hour or until sauce is caramelized.

When I make this the sauce never quite caramelizes like the picture shows but the sauce is yummy just the same and it taste great over rice.
