| 3 lbs meat (I used chicken tenders) | ||
| ¾ c vegetable oil | ||
| ½ c fresh lemon juice – 4 lemons (I used bottled) | ||
| 1 T oregano | ||
| ¾ T. salt | ||
| 2 tsp garlic powder | ||
| 2 tsp accent | ||
| 2 tsp pepper | ||
| Marinate all day or (pork) overnight). Soak sticks for 2 hours, skewer meat and cook on a med. Hot grill for about 8 minutes. by Jennifer L | ||
